Field Support Technician

What does this position entail?

• Install and set up Ricoh commercial and industrial printers at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot issues on the spot and keep customers up and running.
• Handle service calls and manage your daily schedule independently.
• Do regular preventive maintenance to keep machines performing at their best.
• Train customers on how to use their equipment and get the most out of it.
• Keep clear notes and documentation after each visit—nothing fancy, just accurate.
• Manage your parts and inventory so you always have what you need on the job.
• Spot workflow or process improvements and offer simple recommendations.
• Build strong customer relationships—be their go‑to Ricoh person.
• Hit your performance goals by staying organized, responsive, and proactive.

Full-time, Monday–Friday (40 hrs/week). Competitive hourly rate + mileage reimbursement. Personal vehicle + valid driver's license is required.
