We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-driven, and customer-focused individual to join our REM team as the Campus Support Team Lead. This position serves as a hands-on team leader, performing duties alongside staff while overseeing workflow, quality control, and crew performance. It is essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, service, and presentation that support our campus community of employees and visitors.
** Job Specific Responsibilities
*** Promote and model a customer-centric culture, act as a leader and mentor to staff.
* Lead the Campus Services Support team, providing daily guidance and hands-on support.
* Provides Training Support including giving coaching feedback to bank and temporary employees.
* Conduct regular inspections to ensure high-quality cleaning and facility maintenance.
* Conducts weekly/monthly coaching sessions with team.
* Collaborate and communicate with Clubhouse Management to support onboarding and team development of temporary employees.
* Identify process improvements and opportunities to enhance campus services.
* Assist with team member performance review process, staffing decisions, scheduling, and reporting as requested
* Create and maintain documents to support team operations, including task lists, work schedules, and procedures
* Coordinate and work alongside team to ensure timely completion of operational duties, including but not limited to the following:  + Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming as required to keep buildings tidy during the day  + Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms; replenishing supplies throughout the day.  + Monitor and maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, kitchenettes, hallways, and break areas.  

+ Responding promptly to cleaning requests, spills, trash removal, and emergent needs.  + Emptying trash, recycling, and bottle receptacles; replacing liners.  + Maintaining and stocking coffee machines and kitchen supplies.  + Glass, wall, and touchpoint cleaning  + Maintain product inventory of janitorial and cafeteria supplies
* Serve as a liaison between day and night cleaning staff
** General Responsibilities
*** Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly stored, report maintenance or repair needs.
* Assist with setting up and breakdown of meeting rooms and event spaces.
* Submit work tickets for issues requiring follow-up or repairs.
* Provide backup coverage for other departmental roles such as front desk coverage, and various purchasing and facilities administration tasks as needed
* Proactively develop leadership skills and industry knowledge.
** Knowledge, Skills & Experience Requirements
*** High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in business, management, or facilities operations preferred.
* Previous janitorial, custodial, or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform cleaning tasks to established quality standards.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with employees, clients, vendors, and visitors.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently while also supporting and collaborating with team members.
* Proven leadership ability, including guiding, motivating, and coaching staff in a hands‑on work environment.
* Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to respond effectively to unexpected situations or operational changes.
* Excellent time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Reliable and punctual, with a consistent record of attendance as outlined in the employee handbook.
* Availability to work outside standard business hours (8 a.m.–5 p.m.) as needed for events, special projects, or operational demands.
* Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, with a willingness to perform additional duties as assigned.
** Physical Demands & Working Conditions
