Responsibilities and Duties- Upward ABA BCBA to client ratios are tailored to ensure quality 1:1 supervision with RBTs
- Ample time to ensure treatment plans are updated with newest goal attainments and acquisitions. Adding room for new goals = client growth
- Caregiver meetings 2x/month
- Central Reach, our technology platform, ensures all data collection is seamless, visible and actionable across the care continuum
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Prior ABA experience will be noted and rewarded upon offer
- Strong communication with families and team, i.e. informed leadership in both areas
- Experience balancing center and in-home services
- Comfort with tech-enabled ABA
