Overview
Insight Global is seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join their hearing aid center client in Bangor, ME. The center provides the local community with affording hearing aid solutions conducting hearing testing, consultations, ear wax screenings, hearing aid sales and hearing aid cleanings.
Responsibilities- Schedule appointments
- Handle phone calls
- Maintain patient records
- Verify patients' insurance
- Billing
- At least 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant/receptionist/office manager
Hours:
8AM-4:30PM, Mon-Fri
Must be willing to go to Norway, Maine for 1 night for 2 days of training (mileage and hotel expensed) on first week of work.
Nice to have skills and experience- Experience using Sycle - audiology-specific practice management software
- Experience working in a hearing aid or medical environment
- Experience with billing & insurance tasks
