Overview
Seeking a Crisis Clinical Lead to support a Mobile Crisis team in Augusta, ME. This full-time role offers $35-$38/hour, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits.
Responsibilities- Provide clinical guidance to the Mobile Crisis team.
- Supervise staff and support 24/7 operations.
- Collaborate with community partners to deliver timely crisis response.
- Master's degree in a social service field.
- Full or conditional license (LCSW, LCPC).
- At least 1 year of mental health experience, preferably in crisis settings.
- MHRT-CSP certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
- Team player committed to serving individuals in mental health emergencies.
- Interested in gaining leadership experience and building community partnerships.
