Location: Hybrid - In-person across Bangor, ME + Telehealth
Pay: Starting at $80,000 per year

We are hiring a State Clinical Director - Bangor, Maine who is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In this leadership role, you will provide high-quality supervision, guide treatment planning, and ensure family engagement. Our BCBAs benefit from tech-enabled systems and a collaborative, supportive culture.

• Provide supervision and guidance to RBTs
• Develop and update treatment plans with measurable goals
• Lead caregiver meetings twice per month
• Balance in-home and telehealth services
• Maintain accurate data collection and documentation

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
• 1+ year of BCBA experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience with both in-home and center-based ABA services
• Must relocate to Bangor, Maine prior to starting
