Finson Road, an NFI North residential program serving older adults living with long‑term mental illness, has an immediate opening for the position of Shift Supervisor. This is a Wednesday–Saturday position with the scheduled hours of 1 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Responsibilities- Direct care and administrative duties.
- Formal supervision of Direct Care Counselors on a bi‑weekly schedule.
- Assume and delegate responsibilities as needed.
- Decision‑making and exercising strong organizational and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, psychology, sociology or equivalent experience.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Ability to assume and delegate responsibilities and exercise solid decision‑making skills.
- Flexible, energetic, creative and a desire to be part of a team.
