Residential Counselors are responsible for day to day operations including: maintaining a safe and supportive environment for participants, supervision of participants, crisis intervention, case management/advocacy and all related documentation.
Bachelors or Associates degree in human services field preferred but not required. BHP, CRMA and First Aid/CPR certifications are a plus. Ability to work a flexible schedule on occasions when needed is also a plus.
