We invite a dedicated Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join a respected outpatient primary care practice serving patients of all ages. This office-based role is part of a popular service providing integrated, team-based care to a diverse patient population. This is a full-time position in a modern, team-based medical home offering strong onsite resources and excellent clinical support.

This progressive practice is part of the states largest FQHC and community health center system, employing nearly 1,000 people, including more than 200 clinical providers, across 17 practice sites and service locations. Position Highlights Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care and build your own all-ages patient panel

Develop long-term relationships with patients and families in a community-based setting

Practice in a modern, fully integrated medical home with strong onsite resources and coordinated team support

Practice alongside an experienced team focused on continuity, access, and quality outcomes

Full-time (40 hours, 34 patient contact hours/week)
Flexible schedule: choice of 4 or 5 days/week Shared family medicine call averages just one week per year
