Primary Care APP – St. Joseph Healthcare, Bangor, ME

St. Joseph Healthcare, a member of Covenant Health, is seeking a Full‑Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate for our growing Internal Medicine practice located in Bangor, Maine. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years primary‑care experience and will work 32 PCH, four days a week on average with limited on‑call responsibility on a rotating schedule.

• Deliver patient‑focused primary care in a collaborative environment.
• Participate in rotating on‑call schedule with limited on‑call duties.
• Collaborate with embedded care management, behavioral health, pain specialists, and pharmacists.

• Same‑Day Care clinic for acute and overflow patients.
• Practice closes at 5 pm daily.
