Overview
Bar Harbor Bank & Trust is seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist to join our call center team in Bangor, ME. 40 hours per week. Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, processing banking transactions, and providing product recommendations with courtesy and efficiency. On-the-job training provided. Experience in banking or call center helpful.
Location and ScheduleLocation:
Bangor, ME. Regular schedule 8:30-5:00 with a few Saturdays per month 8:00-12:00.
- Provide professional and confidential customer service by answering incoming telephone calls.
- Process a wide variety of banking transactions accurately.
- Offer appropriate product recommendations to bank customers.
- Maintain knowledge of banking functions to aid customers and grow product usage.
- Working knowledge of Windows and strong customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in banking or prior call center work is helpful; on-the-job training is provided.
