Schedule: Saturday & Sunday | 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Looking for a great part-time opportunity with a welcoming team? Join Maine Veterans' Homes and help create a warm and friendly first impression for our residents, families, and visitors.

We are seeking a Receptionist to work weekend afternoons. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying organized, and providing outstanding customer service in a meaningful environment serving Veterans.

What You’ll Do
  • Greet residents, families, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Provide general information and assist visitors as needed
  • Monitor building entry and ensure visitor sign-in procedures are followed
  • Provide administrative and clerical support as needed
  • Help maintain a welcoming and organized reception area

  • Basic computer and phone system skills
  • Previous reception or customer service experience preferred, but not required
