Position Summary

We offer specialized professional levels of care and support for residents, including Short‑Stay Rehabilitation, Skilled Nursing Care, and Long Term Care services that are delivered by an experienced, thoughtful and professional staff who follow evidence‑based clinical best practices. Under the ownership of First Atlantic Healthcare, Stillwater Health Care carries First Atlantic's longstanding reputation for excellence in Long Term Care.

Stillwater Health Care is seeking a full‑time receptionist for our busy nursing home. The position is Monday‑Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. As the receptionist, you will be the first person to meet and greet our residents, their families, guests, and partners. The job will also entail medical records duties, filing, managing the front desk, and helping with scheduling when necessary.

Functions
  • Greet all incoming residents and visitors.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate area in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Sort and direct incoming mail.
  • Distribute paychecks and other employee statements.
  • Manage office supplies, helping staff get what they need.
  • Assemble information packets.
  • Perform various office duties assigned.
Specific Requirements
  • Possess a pleasant and professional telephone and personal presentation.
  • Work with people in a positive and friendly manner.
  • Basic understanding of telephone systems, computer, and photocopier.
  • Work with frequent interruptions and multi‑task effectively.
Education and Experience
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
