• Managing and mentoring electricians and installation teams
• Overseeing technical compliance across electrical and renewable technology installations
• Liaising with design teams
• Site inspections and quality audits

• Strong knowledge of electrical compliance and MCS regulatory standards
• Experience across domestic, commercial and industrial environments
• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation, 18th Edition, 2391
• Solar PV and Energy Storage qualifications (BPEC or equivalent)
