Dynamics CE​/Power Platform Consultant

We’re working with a leading Microsoft Partner looking to bring in an experienced Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Consultant to join their growing team. This person will play a key role in delivering high‑quality CRM solutions across a wide range of customers, driving best practice, innovation and real business value.

You’ll work closely with clients to understand their requirements, configure solutions across the full CE suite, and lead Power Platform–focused delivery. This position offers strong autonomy, technical variety and the opportunity to work on end‑to‑end projects within a highly supportive partner environment.

• Deliver high‑quality solutions across Dynamics 365 CE, covering:
• Customer Service
• Marketing
• Field Service
• Own the configuration, customisation and optimisation of CE modules.
• Design and build end‑to‑end solutions using the Power Platform:
• Power Apps (Canvas & Model‑Driven)
• Power Automate (Flow)
• Power BI
• Work with customers to gather requirements, run workshops, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Support full project life cycles within a partner environment — from design through to deployment.
• Ensure best practice, governance, documentation and quality delivery across all assigned projects.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working with Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.
• Strong hands‑on expertise across:
• Customer Service
• Marketing
• Field Service
• Proven experience building with the Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Model‑Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Ability to work confidently with clients, run workshops, and translate business problems into practical CRM/Power Platform solutions.
• Experience delivering within a Microsoft Partner environment (Bonus)

• Microsoft Certified:
  Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
