About the RoleAs Lead Full Stack Developer, you’ll play a key role in delivering websites and custom web applications for a wide range of clients and sectors. - Collaborate with designers and project managers to scope work, estimate accurately, and plan delivery
- Review code and mentor developers, helping raise quality and confidence across the team
- Integrate third‑party services and APIs
- Contribute to internal documentation, standards, and continuous improvement
You’re a confident senior developer who enjoys owning solutions end to end, from code through to production. You’re comfortable discussing infrastructure, deployments, and performance, and you understand how development decisions impact reliability and scalability in real‑world environments.
You take a pragmatic approach to Dev Ops, focusing on automation, resilience, and clear processes rather than unnecessary complexity.
