You will:
Abilitytohandleandassemblesmall,intricatecomponentswithprecisionand consistency. Strongattentiontodetailandcommitmenttoproducinghigh-quality work Manualdexterityandsteadyhandskillsforworkingwithdelicateorfinely engineered parts. Tobecomfortablefollowingdetailedassemblyinstructionsandestablished procedures. Tobeorganisedandhaveamethodicalapproachtowork,ensuring accuracy at every stage. Tocompleteworkefficientlytomeetdailyandweeklyschedulesanddelivery deadlines. Abilitytoworkindependentlywhilecontributingeffectivelyaspartofateam. Toensureallworkiscompletedwithincustomerand

ISO/AS9100 requirement. To be adaptable and willing to support across different areas of work when required. Requirements:
Excellentatbothverbalandwrittencommunication,withgreatinterpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels. Abletolistento,and understand,workandgeneralinstructions. Handsonflexibleattitude. Experience in aerospace/defence environment is desirable. However, if you have not direct aerospace experience full training will be provided. Expected Education 5
