You will:
Assistintheproductionofmouldedpartsensuringtheyaremouldedto customer specification. Assemble,packandlabelfinishedgoodsinpreparationforshipment. Rapidreportingofmachinebreakdownto Processteam. Rapidreportingofqualityissuesto Quality team. Followworkinstructionsandstandardoperatingprocedures. Maintain factory floor in excellent order, utilise 5S system, and ensure housekeepingiskepttothehigheststandardinallareasofresponsibilityfor the Moulding Dept. Tosupportthereductionofscrapfromsite. Toensurethatsafetyismaintained/improvedbyreportingunsafeconditions/ incidents. Visualinspectionofproducedcomponentsforqualityandtoidentifyissuesor defects. Basicproblemsolving. Label/wrap/transportpalletstoholdingareas. Contribute to Denroysunifiedmanufacturingexcellenceprogram. Perform any other duties that are appropriate to the role. Requirements:
Abletoworkonfootforextendedperiodsoftime. Excellentverbalandwrittencommunication Abilitytocommunicateatalllevels. Excellentnumeracyskills Abilitytolistenandfollowverbalandwritteninstructions. Beableto workaspartofateam. Beabletoworkofowninitiative. Haveaflexibleapproach. Haveattentiontodetail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Desirable Tohavepreviousexperienceininjectionmouldingandorpreviousexperience working in a factory setting. Workingknowledgeofleanmanufacturingand5S. Operation of injection moulding including: basic machine operator, functions, start, stop, setup and tool change. Expected Education 5

Mathematic sand

Moulding (Vacancies) 5 x Day shift, Full Time Employee (Full Time Hours) - Noweekendwork. 2 x Night Shift Full Time Employee This is not an exhaustive list but is an indication of the extent of the role. There is significant opportunity to develop this role further as it is a critical function in Denroy. Day Shift role benefits from an hourly rate enhancement from 1800 hrs 2000 hrs due to working hours.
