Data Analyst, Data Scientist
We’re looking for a Data Scientist to join a growing, product-led technology team working with large-scale, complex datasets to deliver intelligent, automated insights at scale.
This role sits at the intersection of advanced analytics, machine learning, and real-world operational data. You’ll work end-to-end — from deep exploratory analysis through to production-ready models — helping translate data into measurable, high-impact outcomes.
The RoleYou’ll work with rich, high-volume datasets and develop scalable analytical and machine learning solutions that support optimisation, prediction, and decision-making. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, experimentation, and turning ambiguity into clear, actionable insight.
You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure data-driven solutions are practical, robust, and aligned to real needs.
Key Responsibilities- Perform deep statistical analysis and interrogation of complex datasets
- Design, build, test, and deploy end-to-end data science workflows
- Develop advanced analytics frameworks that deliver actionable insights
- Translate exploratory analysis and R&D concepts into production-ready models
- Build and evaluate machine learning models across a range of techniques
- (e.g. regression, classification, clustering, anomaly detection, time series)
- Design experiments and model evaluation approaches to optimise outcomes
- Select appropriate analytical techniques based on use-case requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into data-led solutions
- Communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Contribute to internal best practices, documentation, and reusable components
- Stay current with developments in machine learning and data science techniques
- Conduct research, prototypes, and proofs of concept for emerging approaches
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for extracting insight from data
