Job Title:
Dynamics 365 F&O SCM Support Consultant – Warehouse, Inventory & Store Operations
Location:
Bangalore, Hybrid
Role Objective:
Provide L2 / L2.5 operational support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (SCM modules) focused on Warehouse, Inventory, and Store Operations.
The role is responsible for stabilizing system operations and resolving day-to-day functional issues impacting inventory accuracy and costing accuracy. This is a hands-on execution-focused role aimed at ensuring smooth operational continuity rather than driving strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Application & Production Support
Provide L2 / L2.5 support for D365 F&O Warehouse, Inventory, and Store Operations modules.
Manage and resolve support tickets within defined SLAs.
Diagnose functional issues reported by warehouse and store operations teams.
Warehouse & Inventory Issue Resolution
Troubleshoot issues related to:
GRN (Goods Receipt Note) processing
Stock mismatches
Inventory adjustment entries
Inventory transaction discrepancies
Assist in inventory reconciliation and stock accuracy validation.
System Monitoring & Incident Resolution
Monitor system integrations and batch processes related to warehouse and inventory transactions.
Identify and investigate failed transactions and integration failures.
Coordinate with technical teams for bug fixes and system corrections when required.
Data Accuracy & Operational Stability
Support activities to ensure accurate inventory balances and cost records in the system.
Perform root cause analysis for recurring operational issues.
Provide quick resolution and workarounds to minimize operational disruption.
Collaboration
Work closely with warehouse, stores, supply chain, and IT support teams.
Support period-end inventory processes and reconciliation activities.
Required Skills & Experience(Must-Have Technical Skills):
Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
Strong functional understanding of:
Warehouse Management
Inventory Management
Store Operations
Hands-on experience in L2 / L2.5 application support or production support environments.
Experience managing ticket-based incident resolution.
Understanding of:
GRN processing issues
Stock mismatch troubleshooting
Inventory adjustments
Inventory reconciliation processes
Experience with system monitoring and identifying failed transactions/integration issues.
