F.Ops Stream Leader
About us
There is an opportunity in Airbus India Customer Services to join the Operational Unit ' Technical Data Support & Services ' , which is in charge of defining, producing, delivering and supporting the Technical Data (TD) products and services which are necessary for Customers to safely and efficiently operate their aircraft.
We answer daily queries and support our customers with data customization management, data access, and fleet management and contribute to new customer Entry into service. We also ensure that Flight Operations (F.Ops) products are generated and dispatched in compliance with TD processes, Quality Gates and SLAs.
Experience Level needed:
10+ years with at least 2 years in the activity lead position
Job description
The jobholder will be responsible for
Ensure to understand and run operationally both the A/C transfer and
F.OPS activities performed by the team as well to be the strong bridge between the collaborators of Europe.
Lead overall Operations support activities to ensure that Maintenance and Flight Operations Technical Data manuals are delivered to Customers (MRO, Airlines, Lessors....) in line with AIRBUS contractual commitments, Customer fleet and aircraft configuration
Ensure high activity performance in line with expected targets
Guarantee and enhance a close relationship with internal stakeholders like STL, DCT and external customers
Conduct proactive support activities and improvement initiatives to boost our efficiency
Manage operationally the Tech Data Assembly & Dispatch processes for
F.OPS customized products and A/C transfers
Supervise the team in their operational daily work
Ensure Customers satisfaction around the world through the on-time, on-quality and on-cost production of
F.OPS deliverables and accurate A/C transfers
The jobholder will be involved in the activities:
Contributes to define, support and deploy the Team strategy within the Team, in terms of missions, means, tools and processes
Contributes to the training needs identification of the Team
Contributes to foster competences diversification through cross-fertilization within the Team
Lead operational activities within the team by aligning and building a strong relationship with the collaborators of SIDOI2 and SIDOC2 in Europe
Coordinates the operational workload & priorities with regards to available resources
Provides on-time, on-cost and on-quality operational support
Coordinates major operational topics with all relevant stakeholders
Ensures workload is properly addressed within the Team
Ensure that the team provides proactive support to Customers through adapted communication means & foster proactive support in the Team
Guarantees Maintenance and Flight operations manuals are customized to the operator's fleet
Guarantees Flight Operations Technical Data manuals are delivered to Customers (MRO, Airlines, Lessors....) in line with AIRBUS contractual commitments
Provides support on dedicated activities to the subcontractor daily activities when needed & Ensures subcontractor performance (monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement)
Ensures interface with stakeholder network & manages continuous cross-collaboration improvement
Guarantees Export Control rules knowledge and adherence
Ensure that all TD
F.OPS customized products are dispatched to customers on time, on cost and on quality according to Airbus policies
Support and coordinate
F.OPS Tech Data Planning, Launching, Assembly and Dispatch actors in their daily job
Lead Tech Data
F.OPS production daily meetings and provide associated reportings
Define and monitor actions plan when issues are detected in order to minimize impact to end users (Airlines, MROs, Authorities, ..)
Ensure that all
F.OPS IT incidents, manual data corrections are analyzed and solved according to the Service Level Agreement defined
Assign function activities to the team and support them in their daily tasks
Detect any bottleneck and inform all stakeholders if a TD
F.OPS revision could be delivered late
Ensure sub-contracting activities follow-up, control & validation
Ensure follow-up and impact analysis of each Enter into service of TD
F.OPS versioning
Contributes to establish, manage and monitor the AOP and Forecasts
Contributes to the call-for-tender process
Contributes to define cost of non-quality and ensure that related action plan is deployed
