Role Overview

The  Senior Manager – 3W Feet Operations  will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and performance of 3W operations on the Rapido platform. This role focuses on improving  availability, reliability, cost efficiency, and consistency  of 3W supply across cities.
This is a  hands-on execution role . The incumbent is expected to drive operations through clear metrics, strong follow-ups, and tight coordination with internal teams and partners.
Strategic partnerships, OEM discussions, and external negotiations are not part of this role.

Key Responsibilities
1. 3W Operations & Performance
Own daily and weekly 3W operational performance across assigned cities
Ensure strong availability and uptime of 3

Ws
Identify and resolve recurring operational issues impacting service levels
Reduce downtime caused by maintenance gaps, operational inefficiencies, or driver-related issues
Build, document, and monitor end-to-end SOPs for maintenance and operations
2. Cost & Efficiency Management
Track key cost metrics including  cost per day  and  cost per km
Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs without compromising service quality
Work closely with Finance to explain variances and drive efficiency improvements
3. Partner & Operator Management
Manage and monitor 3W partners and operators
Ensure adherence to agreed SLAs on availability, utilization, and compliance
Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify gaps or misuse
Drive corrective actions and ensure timely closures
4. Driver Productivity
Monitor driver attendance, adherence, and productivity metrics
Partner with city operations teams to address performance issues
Define and implement action plans for consistently underperforming drivers
5. Data & Reporting
Track and review daily and weekly operational dashboards
Highlight key issues, root causes, and corrective action plans
Share clear, concise performance updates with leadership
6. Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate closely with:
Finance  – cost tracking and variance explanations
City Operations  – on-ground execution and issue resolution
Product / Tech  – tools and features impacting 3W operations

Skills & Experience Required
Must-Have
5 + years of experience in operations, mobility, logistics, or last-mile delivery
Proven experience managing large-scale on-ground operations
Strong understanding of operational metrics and cost drivers
Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance reviews
Demonstrated ability to drive execution and close issues end-to-end
