Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pilates Trainer located in Bengaluru. The Pilates Trainer will lead group and individual Pilates classes, ensuring personalized attention and proper technique. Responsibilities include creating customized workout programs, assisting clients in achieving fitness goals, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Additionally, the trainer will educate clients on the benefits of Pilates and promote a healthy and active lifestyle.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Pilates Instruction and teaching Group Exercise
Atleast 1 year of experience in teaching reformer pilates
Knowledge of Physical Therapy principles to ensure safe and effective instruction
Strong Customer Service and client engagement abilities
Experience in Teaching and guiding individuals with varying fitness levels
Accredited Pilates certification from a recognized institution
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
Prior experience in a similar role or a fitness-related background is an advantage
