Role Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Omni Sports Advisor for a part time and intern, on-site role located in Bengaluru. As an Omni Sports Advisor, you will engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable sports products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, managing inventory, ensuring product displays are attractive, and contributing to store sales. You will also collaborate with teammates to foster a vibrant, sport-driven environment and proactively participate in local sports-related activities to promote the Decathlon brand.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Physical Education and Sports Training to guide and advise customers effectively
Experience in Coaching and Sports Coaching to assist customers in their sporting pursuits
Strong Communication skills to interact with customers and teammates effectively
Passion for sports, customer-oriented approach, and a team-player mindset
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of responsibilities.
