Key Responsibilities
Shape and refine research reports, policy briefs, articles, and thought pieces to ensure accuracy, coherence, and impact.
Collaborate with researchers and experts to strengthen narratives and communicate complex ideas with clarity.
Oversee the development of Synergia Insights and other flagship publications, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Support strategic events by preparing roundtable summaries, conference reports, and post-event publications.

Qualifications
Bachelors or Master degree in International Relations, Pol Science , English, History or a related field from a premier institute in India or overseas.
Strong writing and analytical skills, ideally with experience in strategic organisations , academia, or media.
Excellent command of written English with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
Ability to communicate ideas and concepts well to key stakeholders.
