About Us:
WeLive Foundation () supports young adults transitioning from childcare
institutions (CCIs) to independent living. Our mission is to assist these individuals in integrating into
society and achieving self-reliance. We operate both residential and non-residential models, with two
centers in Bengaluru, including a dedicated men's centre.
The men's center provides a supportive living environment, focusing on the well-being and work
readiness of young men. It offers a safe, nurturing space where they can develop the skills and confidence
needed to transition into independent living.
Key Responsibilities:
• Building A Supportive Environment:
Build and sustain a caring and healthy community among
men.
• Communication and Engagement:
Maintain open communication channels to understand their
needs and concerns.
• Well-being Support:
Address grievances, oversee health-related issues, and coordinate
counseling and mentoring sessions for the young Men.
• Daily Oversight:
Ensure young men attend their classes or work regularly and on time.
• Administrative Duties:
o Maintain records, daily registers, and data entry related to center activities.
o Safeguard all documentation related to the program.
o Manage the database of young men at the center.
• Encourage Participation:
Actively engage young men in center activities to promote their growth
and learning.
