Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Bengaluru. As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee the installation and maintenance of commercial furniture, coordinate with team members, and ensure project tasks are executed efficiently and on schedule. Responsibilities include monitoring on-site activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards, addressing any issues that arise, and maintaining strong communication with clients and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience in installation and maintenance of furniture, with a focus on quality and precision.
Knowledge of project management, planning, and on-site coordination.
Familiarity with safety regulations and ability to enforce compliance on site.
Excellent team leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict deadlines.
Problem-solving skills to manage challenges that may arise during projects.
Proficiency in reading technical drawings and documentation is a plus.
Prior experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
