Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Advisor (Retail) to drive sales performance by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high store standards, and supporting the Store Manager in achieving business goals.

The ideal candidate will actively engage with customers, promote products, and ensure the showroom reflects brand values and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Greet and engage customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products

• Maintain showroom standards including cleanliness, stock arrangement, and product presentation

• Ensure Visual Merchandising (VM) compliance as per company guidelines

• Conduct daily stock counts and support replenishment to ensure product availability

• Assist in customer outreach activities (tele-calling, follow-ups, promotional updates)

• Prepare and share daily sales reports with the Store Manager

• Educate customers on new collections, product features, and ongoing offers

• Provide after-sales support including warranty, exchange, and service guidance

• Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to Store Manager/HO

• Maintain grooming standards, punctuality, and adherence to store policies

• Monitor SKU performance, identify slow-moving products, and support stock rotation/clearance strategies

• Follow SOPs for billing, returns, and after-sales service to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction

• Support Store Manager in planning and executing local promotional activities (festivals, corporate tie-ups, events)

Skills & Experience Required

• Graduate / Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Retail (preferred)

• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales or customer service

• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to upsell, cross-sell, and maximize customer purchases

• Basic knowledge of stock handling, POS/billing systems, and MS Excel

• High level of grooming, discipline, and team coordination
