Role & Responsibilities

Deliver personalised style consultations that match customer preferences, occasions, and budgets to drive conversion and average order value.
Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling, cross-selling, and closing techniques.
Maintain deep product and gemstone knowledge; educate customers on materials, care, and provenance to build trust and repeat business.
Manage customer records, schedule fittings and follow-ups, and nurture long-term relationships using CRM processes.
Execute visual merchandising and display standards to reflect brand aesthetics and maximise product discoverability.
Process transactions accurately, manage inventory cycles, assist with stock audits, and support loss-prevention protocols.
