We're looking for a sharp, data-driven Inventory Buyer & Planner who understands how to scale a
consumer brand with the right product, the right timing, and the right channel strategy.

Who will thrive in this role:
Someone who:
• Loves analysing numbers and can convert data into smart business decisions
• Understands brand identity, product storytelling, and merchandising mix
• Can forecast demand, plan buys, and optimise inventory with precision
• Knows how to leverage inventory for growth
• Stays updated with industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape
• Thinks strategically about pricing, assortment, replenishment, and sell-through
• Can collaborate with design, marketing, and operations to ensure the right product reaches the
right customer
Qualities we are looking for:
• 3 years of buying merchandising experience of a fashion brand
• Strong automation mindset for refill and buying
• A strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset
• Someone who can balance creativity (brand understanding) with logic (data analysis)
• Hunger to scale a brand and experiment with new ideas
• Ownership, speed, and a bias for action
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyse sales, trends, and inventory health to plan buys and replenishments
• Build a strong merchandising mix aligned with brand vision and category strategy
• Monitor channel performance and optimise assortment for each platform
• Track competition, pricing, and new trends to guide product and buying decisions
• Maintain ideal stock levels to reduce ageing and improve sell-through
• Work closely with supply chain to ensure timely availability
• Prepare weekly/monthly business reports with actionable insights
