DEKOBUDDY RUGS is a premium luxury rug and carpet brand. We are looking for a Client Advisor (Sales Assistant) who will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom and guide them in selecting the right rugs and carpets for their homes.
Role Overview As a Client Advisor, your role is to welcome clients into the showroom , understand their home, colour palette, and interior style, and assist them in choosing the most suitable rugs and carpets . This is a customer-facing sales support role focused on delivering a premium in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist all walk-in showroom clients
• Understand customer requirements including home layout, colours, and interior design style
• Help clients choose the right rugs and carpets suited to their space
• Provide a warm, professional, and premium showroom experience
• Coordinate internally for billing and order processing
Who Can Apply
• Candidates with experience in retail sales, home décor, or interiors
• Freshers with an interest in luxury interiors and design are welcome
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• A positive, service-oriented attitude
