What You’ll Do
Conduct outbound calls to potential delegates to introduce upcoming events and drive participation
Handle inbound calls and emails, addressing queries and assisting with registrations
Communicate event value propositions effectively, aligning conversations with delegate interests
Maintain accurate records of interactions, registrations, and feedback
Follow up with prospective leads and reconnect with past attendees to improve engagement
Stay updated on event agendas, speakers, and industry trends to ensure informed communication
Build and nurture long-term relationships with delegates and industry stakeholders
Support brand perception through professional and structured communication
