Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role located in Bengaluru. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure optimal customer service, and manage a team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include inventory management, staff supervision, implementing retail strategies, and enforcing loss prevention measures to maintain operational efficiency. The Store Manager will also be responsible for fostering a positive shopping experience and upholding the brand's reputation for quality and excellence.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Customer Service and a proven track record in ensuring high Customer Satisfaction
Experience in Store Management with a focus on effective team leadership and operational efficiency
Proficiency in Retail Loss Prevention strategies to safeguard company assets
Excellent Communication skills to engage customers and manage team interactions effectively
Knowledge of the retail or luxury goods industry is an advantage
Ability to handle high-pressure environments and meet sales targets
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business management or related field preferred
