About the Role:
We are looking for a Guest Service Associate for grocery store operations in Bangalore, ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering world-class customer experiences.
- Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming, personalized experience from arrival to departure
- Assist guests with inquiries related to menu, retail products, store layout, and brand philosophy
- Handle billing, orders, and product exchanges efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, aiming for complete satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest areas, including café tables and retail counters
- Upsell products and experiences mindfully, keeping customer needs and preferences in mind
- Capture feedback and relay insights to the management team for continuous improvement
