Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a South Indian Commi 2 / 3, located in Bengaluru. The role involves assisting in the preparation and cooking of authentic South Indian dishes and beverages. Responsibilities include ensuring food quality and consistency, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen, coordinating with the kitchen team, and adhering to all food safety regulations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking, with a focus on traditional South Indian dishes.
Strong Culinary Skills, including knowledge of South Indian ingredients, recipes, and preparation techniques.
Commitment to Hygiene and understanding of food safety and cleanliness standards in a professional kitchen.
Effective Communication skills to work collaboratively with the kitchen team and other staff.
Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in South Indian cuisine, is advantageous.
A passion for food and hospitality with an ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
