Description
AA Hospitality LLP is looking for a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our vibrant F&B Service team in Bangalore. This full-time, on-site role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead our restaurant operations and enhance the dining experience for our guests in the bustling hospitality industry.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that all customers receive outstanding service. You will play a critical role in maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation while implementing strategies to boost sales and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will directly contribute to the success of our restaurant, making it a preferred choice for diners in the area.
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹45,000 - ₹50,000 per month, alongside a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional development.
Responsibilities
Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure a high-quality dining experience
Supervise and train restaurant staff, promoting teamwork and excellence
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain satisfaction
Prepare reports on sales, customer feedback, and employee performance
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure menu accuracy and quality
Requirements
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of financial management and budgeting
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Relevant degree or certification in hospitality management is preferred
