Role Overview :
We are looking for a Senior Chef – New Product Development who will lead the creation and launch of innovative Andhra-style products for our QSR brand. The role requires a balance of traditional culinary knowledge and modern product development thinking, with the ability to scale recipes for commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development &

Innovation:

• Lead end-to-end new product development for Andhra-style QSR offerings

• Innovate using traditional Andhra recipes while ensuring scalability

• Develop products suitable for high-volume QSR operations

Recipe Standardization & Trials:

• Conduct kitchen trials and pilot batches

• Standardize recipes with SOPs, yields & portion sizes.

• Work closely with central kitchen teams

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with operations, sourcing, quality, and marketing teams

• Support product launches with training and documentation
Required

Skills & Experience:

Must-Have:

• 8–10 years of experience as a Chef / Product Development Chef

• Strong hands-on experience in Andhra cuisine

• Prior work experience in Hyderabad (mandatory)

• Experience in QSR, restaurant chains, or central kitchen setups

Good to Have:

• Exposure to R&D or NPD roles

• Experience with FMCG or large-scale food production
