Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Chef De Cuisine specializing in Western Cuisine, located at Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road. Responsibilities include leading the culinary team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality Western cuisine, developing innovative menus, managing food inventory and kitchen operations, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety. The role also involves training and mentoring kitchen staff, collaborating with other departments for special events, and ensuring guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Qualifications
Expertise in Western Cuisine, menu planning, and the ability to create innovative dishes
Proficiency in food preparation techniques, food safety, and quality control standards
Strong leadership, team management, and training skills

Experience with inventory management, kitchen operations, and cost control
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Extensive experience in high-end culinary establishments; prior experience in a luxury hotel or restaurant is a plus
Formal culinary training or relevant certifications
