Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commi III based in Bengaluru at Kempegowda International Airport. The Commi III will be responsible for supporting food preparation, cooking assigned dishes, ensuring adherence to hygiene standards, and assisting senior kitchen staff. Additional tasks may include maintaining a clean work environment, preparing ingredients, and organizing the kitchen for seamless operations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Food Preparation and Culinary Skills
Knowledge of Cooking techniques, methods, and food safety standards
Understanding of Hygiene standards and practices
Strong Communication skills for effective teamwork
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
