Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head Bartender located in Bengaluru South. The Head Bartender will oversee bar operations, ensuring excellence in service and drink quality. Responsibilities include creating and managing beverage menus, supervising and training bar staff, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, and managing inventory and ordering. The Head Bartender will also play a key role in fostering a positive and engaging customer experience while implementing innovative drink concepts.

Qualifications

Strong skills in bartending, mixology, and beverage menu development
Experience in staff training, team leadership, and managing daily bar operations
Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the food and beverage industry
Ability to manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain cost control
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Creativity and a passion for designing unique drink experiences
Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
Previous experience in a similar role and a certification in bartending or mixology is a plus
