Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Executive in Packaging Development / New Vendor Development located in Bengaluru. The Executive will be responsible for developing and refining packaging designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with suppliers, managing packaging projects, conducting quality checks, and continuously researching new materials and technologies to enhance product packaging.
The role requires collaboration with various teams such as marketing, sales, and production to ensure the packaging meets both functional and aesthetic requirements.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills
New Vendor Development
Effective Communication Skills
Knowledge of procurement of packing/marketing/raw materials.
Maintain ongoing communication with Packaging, Procurement and Manufacturing for newly launched products for smooth supply.
Flexible to travel station and stay at vendors location if needed.
Will need to do evaluate sales trend for the new products and suggest corrective action where required.
Vendor Management / Creating Packaging Specifications in the system based on Project Requirements.
Purchase
Inventory Management and Packaging Development
Relevant degree in Packaging Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
