Print and Packaging - Colour Specialist

Qualiper (Unit of Yantra Vision) sells Quality Control solutions for Industrial applications.

Qualiper is focussed on the following industry verticals –

Print & Packaging – Labels, Offset, Flexible packaging
Plastic
Paint & Coating

The responsibility of Print and Packaging Colour Specialist will be to provide consultancy for Colour management, Printing press calibration, ICC profiling, Certification like G7 and other technical consultancy. The company will invest in training the candidate in Colour management processes, workflows and tools. Additionally, the candidate will be trained to become an expert in certification processes like G7, Fogra, GMI etc.

The candidate will use his/her technical and domain expertise to provide consultancy to Printing and Packaging customers and also suggest products and tools to the Customers.

Specific Work Areas
Consultancy for Colour Management
Press Calibration and Profiling
Help customers get certified for ISO (Fogra), G7, GMI
Suggest relevant products, tools and software

Expected Qualification
Diploma/BE in Printing Technology
Min. work experience of 2 years in Printing and Packaging
Understanding of Color Management in Printing
Exposure to tools like Spectrodensitometer
Good Communication skills

Performance Evaluation
The Candidate will be evaluated based on
- Customer Satisfaction metrices
Successfully completing consulting assignments
Providing actionable solutions to customers

Remuneration Range
Selected candidates will be offered an annual CTC of Rs. 4, 00, 000 /- to Rs. 8, 00, 000 /-. This will include a fixed and variable component. The variable component will be linked to performance targets.
