You need to be a HODLer of these
15+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in engineering leadership.
Experience in  fintech or crypto domains  with high throughput and low-latency systems.
Proven ability to scale engineering orgs (30–80+) and deliver mission-critical products.
Hands-on background in system architecture, distributed systems, and CI/CD.
Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.

You will be mining through these tasks
Lead the engineering org of  30–80+ engineers  across multiple product and platform teams.
Ensure  99.99 % uptime  and sub-50 ms latency across high-volume trading flows.
Own  end-to-end delivery  from architecture to deployment across web, mobile, and backend.
Institutionalise  metrics-driven engineering culture  using SLA/SLO/DORA frameworks.
Partner with Product and Platform teams to balance velocity, cost, and quality.
Mentor EMs and Staff Engineers; build succession depth and scale org capabilities.
Drive modernisation initiatives — CI/CD, observability, testing automation, cloud efficiency.
