Role Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Milling Operator for a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru. The CNC Milling Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC milling machines to produce high-quality components. Daily tasks include interpreting engineering drawings, selecting appropriate tooling, performing routine inspections, conducting quality checks, and ensuring that machines operate efficiently. The role involves maintaining safety standards and adhering to production timelines while delivering precision-engineered parts.
Qualifications
Proficiency in operating and programming CNC milling machines and tools
Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
Knowledge of machining techniques, cutting tools, and troubleshooting
Understanding of safety standards and quality control processes in precision manufacturing
Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively
Prior experience in the Aerospace or Automotive manufacturing industry is a plus
Completion of a technical diploma or equivalent qualifications in mechanical engineering or related fields
