Key Responsibilities:

Carry out complete Merchandising role (end to end – Product Development/Costing/PPM/Production/Wash to Delivery and Payment)
Monitor production schedules and delivery timelines
Work with cross functional teams to ensure all closures for Production file release
Review tech packs and ensure manufacturing compliance and create BOM for factory
Track sample development and approval processes
Manage bulk production follow-up and quality control
Calculate costs and negotiate prices with factory/trim suppliers
Handle production-related queries and troubleshooting
Coordinate with various departments (Pattern, Cutting, Sewing, QC, Finishing)

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Textile, Fashion Manufacturing, or related field
4-7 year’s experience in garment manufacturing
Strong understanding of garment construction and technical specifications
Knowledge of fabric types, production processes, and quality standards

Experience with production planning and scheduling

Technical

Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Understanding of garment costing and pricing
Knowledge of international quality standards
Familiarity with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems
Understanding of industrial machinery capabilities

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Good team management and coordination abilities

Working Conditions:

All Saturdays Working
May need to work flexible hours during peak production
Possible travel to meet buyers or visit supplier facilities
Fast-paced environment requiring quick decision-making
