enables us to deliver complete nutritional solutions derived entirely from human milk, designed to
meet the unique needs of premature infants.
We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the dairy, food, or
pharmaceutical industry (NPD). The role is based at our Jigani facility, and the selected candidate
must be willing to travel to this location on daily basis.
Working days:
Monday – Saturday ( 2nd & 4th Saturday holiday)
Note:

Responsibilities
Support new product development (NPD) initiatives and drive projects across the product portfolio.
Collaborate closely with the Product Development and Marketing teams.
Develop new product specifications, process protocols, and analytical methods as required for NPD.
Stay updated with current regulations ; compile, verify, and develop product specifications and labeling in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with external vendors/consultants for project execution and product analysis.
Visit contract manufacturing units for technology transfer and inspections.
Plan and coordinate new product launches, including trial runs with the product development team.
Conduct product analyses to support NPD activities.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation related to product development, and research.
Skills & Experience
Master’s degree in Pharma, Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Dairy Chemistry, or Dairy Microbiology.
Proven experience in product development and research within the pharma, dairy or food industry.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in pharma/food product analysis.
Familiarity with global food manufacturing standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, USFDA).
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong computer skills.
Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
Solid understanding of food/pharma ingredients and their functionalities.
Strong project management and planning skills.
Willingness to travel for project-related work.
