As a Senior Supervisor , you will hold a key operational leadership role with responsibility for managing functional teams. You will lead a group of frontline colleagues (typically 15–60 FTE) supported by Team Leaders or Supervisors, ensuring delivery of high quality service, operational performance, and a culture of continuous improvement.
You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring your teams meet productivity, quality, turnaround time, and customer experience targets. With a customer centric and delivery focused mindset, you will translate operational priorities into clear actions, support the execution of department level strategy, and contribute to ongoing improvements in service and efficiency.
