We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Scrum Master to facilitate agile development processes and empower our teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within our dynamic development environment.
Job Responsibilities
As a Scrum Master at Temenos Headquarters S.A., you will be responsible for:
** Facilitating Agile Ceremonies:
** Organizing and leading all Scrum events, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives, ensuring their effectiveness and adherence to Scrum principles.
** Backlog Management Support:
** Collaborating with Product Owners to ensure a well-refined, prioritized, and estimated product backlog, facilitating efficient workflow management.
** Team Performance and
Coaching:
** Guiding and coaching the development team on Scrum practices, self-organization, and cross-functionality, removing impediments to their progress.
** Stakeholder Communication:
** Managing project communications and stakeholder expectation management, ensuring transparency and alignment across all parties.
** Risk and Issue Management:
** Proactively identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and issues, escalating as necessary to ensure project success.
** Project Planning and Control:
** Contributing to project estimations, resource planning, schedule management, and scope management, ensuring projects are delivered within defined parameters.
** Change Management:
** Implementing and overseeing effective change management processes within the project lifecycle.
** Benefits Realization:
** Supporting the team in understanding and tracking project benefits to ensure value delivery.
** Budget Awareness:
** Demonstrating an understanding of budget control principles and their impact on project delivery.
Job Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
Strong understanding and practical application of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
Expertise in Backlog Management, Prioritization, and Workflow Management.
Demonstrated ability in Project Management, including Project Estimations, Project Schedule Management, and Project Scope Management.
Experience with Project Meetings and Ceremonies.
Proficiency in Project Risk and Issue Management.
Skills in Project Communications Management and Stakeholder Expectation Management.
Familiarity with Project Resource Planning and Budget Control.
Knowledge of Change Management principles.
Understanding of Project Benefits Management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Relevant Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM I) is highly desirable.
