Summary:
Develops new business and expands product lines. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to the program from various departments. Acts as an advisor to the program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Prepares proposals to win new programs.
Responsibilities:
Coordinates and monitors scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs.
Negotiates and prepares contracts by considering financial conditions, resources, and contractual requirements.
Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.
Advises program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.
Requirements:
Strong Program Management experience, including 5 years leading complex projects.
Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent
Required Skills:
Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment and influence at all levels.
Ability to communicate objectives, plans, status, and results clearly, focusing on critical key points.
Proven ability in unearthing and managing risks in the program.
Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across organizations in delivering the best outcome of complex programs.
Preferred
Skills:
Agile training and experience preferred.
