We are looking for someone who can play a key role in developing state of the art construction projects through knowledge and application of site management and building specifications. You will have a unique and holistic opportunity to instill the highest standard of excellence in civil and finishes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project planning / Civil Engineering
14+ years of experience in managing projects
Experience in Construction projects execution, preferably in real estate and high-end apartments

Key Responsibilities

Project Schedule Management:

Monitoring, coordinating, and scheduling construction progress.
Understanding of critical path and deployment of resources.
Capable of maximizing construction technology.

Vendor And Team Management

Ability to coordinate and manage contractors
Quality management

Resource management
Contractor documentation management
Forecasting material requirements
Tracking contractor obligations

Understanding Technical Work Methodologies
